A. Sec. 169 Special Restrictions on lamps
(b) Except as required pr permitted in Sections 160 (Pertains to Emergency vehicles) and 170 ( Pertains to School Busses) no person shall drive or move any vehicle or equipment upon any highway with any lamp or device capable of displaying red light visible from any directly in front of the center thereof, nor shall any vehicle or equipment upon any highway have any lamp or device displaying any color of light visible from directly in front of the center thereof except white or amber or any shade of color between white and amber.
In regards to black outs, Tail lights must be plainly visible from a distance of 1,000 feet and head lamps must also be clearly discernible at a 1,000 feet and with black outs they are not.
